David M. Ascher, of counsel
David M. Ascher works with the Law Firm of Patricia Finn Attorney, P.C., as an of counsel representative. He assists the firm on criminal defense cases and currently acts as a Special Prosecutor throughout Rockland County. He prosecutes New York State Police issued vehicle and traffic violations.
He also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Rockland County.
Mr. Ascher received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of Pace University School of Law (J.D. 2002). While there, he was selected to represent Pace in the National Moot Court Competition.
